Next.js, Supabase and Expo in one kit.

shipanysaas is a SaaS starter kit with a Next.js web app and an Expo app for iPhone, iPad and Android, both on one Supabase backend. The two apps share sign-in, personal and team accounts, roles and invitations, and one database where row-level security keeps each customer’s data apart. Starter is the web app; All-in adds the Expo app.

Launch price: $49 web · $99 with iOS and Android, first 100 customers

One backend, two apps.

The website and the phone app use the same Supabase project, so there is one set of users and one set of data rules.

What’s in the kit

Starter is the web app on Supabase. All-in adds the Expo app on the same backend.

  • Next.js 16 web app: sign-in, teams, billing, admin and a marketing site
  • Expo app for iPhone, iPad and Android, with the All-in plan
  • One Supabase project for both: users, database and file storage
  • Personal and team accounts, roles and invitations on web and phone
  • Stripe or Lemon Squeezy billing on the web; the phone shows the plan
  • Row-level security on every table, with 23 database test files
  • A versioned API in the web app for the phone app’s account and team data
  • AGENTS.md files and agent skills for Next.js and Supabase, plus Expo with All-in

What the two apps share.

Someone who signs up on the website signs in on the phone with the same account and sees the same teams.

How it works.

Pay once, accept the GitHub invitation, then build with your agent.

  1. Pick a plan and pay once

Starter is the web app; All-in adds iPhone, iPad and Android. At checkout you enter your GitHub username.

  2. Accept the GitHub invitation

That account is invited to the private repository for your plan. Accept it, then clone the code to your computer.

  3. Run it with your agent

The setup guide starts Supabase and the web app on your computer; with All-in, the phone app runs in a simulator or on your phone. Then your agent builds the rest.

Two plans, paid once.

Starter is the web app. All-in adds the iPhone, iPad and Android app on the same backend.

Who it’s for, and who it isn’t.

A good fit

  • You want a website and an iPhone and Android app on one backend from the start.
  • Your customers work in teams, with roles and invitations, on the web and on the phone.
  • You build with a coding agent and want both apps in one repository, with rules for each.

Not a good fit

  • You want customers to pay inside the app: checkout stays on the web.
  • You want the phone app on its own: it uses the web app’s API, so the web app runs too.
  • You need a backend other than Supabase.

Questions about the stack.

What do the web app and the phone app share?

One Supabase project: the same users and sign-in, the same personal and team accounts, roles and invitations, and the same database and file storage. Someone who signs up on the website signs in on the phone with the same account.

What’s the difference between Starter and All-in?

Starter is the Next.js web app on Supabase, with everything to launch and sell online. All-in adds the Expo app for iPhone, iPad and Android on the same sign-in and data, plus 7 agent skills for the phone app and the app stores. Both are one payment.

Do I need the web app for the phone app to work?

Yes. The phone app talks to Supabase directly for sign-in and file uploads, and goes through the web app’s API for account and team data. Deploy the web app first, then point the phone app at it.

Can customers pay inside the phone app?

Not in the kit. Checkout and the billing portal stay on the web, with Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, and the phone app shows the team’s plan. Selling subscriptions inside an app falls under Apple’s and Google’s payment rules, so the kit leaves that choice to you.

What is it built with?

The web app uses Next.js 16 with the App Router, React 19 and Tailwind CSS 4. The phone app uses Expo SDK 57 with Expo Router. Both run on Supabase for the Postgres database, sign-in and file storage, and payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy.
