First version of shipanysaas

shipanysaas launches with a web app, a phone app, a Supabase backend with database tests, billing, and a written list of solved setup errors.

The first version of shipanysaas. What ships:

  • Web app (apps/web): Next.js with sign-in, personal and team accounts, roles and invitations, billing, an admin panel, blog, docs and changelog.
  • Phone app (apps/native): Expo, for iOS and Android, on the same Supabase backend.
  • Database (apps/web/supabase): the schema with row-level security on every public table, the migrations, and 23 pgTAP test files.
  • Billing: Stripe and Lemon Squeezy packages.
  • End-to-end tests: 11 Playwright specs in apps/e2e/tests.
  • Agent files: AGENTS.md across the repository and the kit's own agent skills.

Known issues file

docs/troubleshooting/agent-known-issues.md records the errors met while getting the kit running, each with the error text, the cause and the fix, so an agent or a person can resolve them without investigating again. AGENTS.md points every agent to it.
